You know, Early in my life there were signs…..My mother saw them, my dad was scared of them, my sister encouraged them, and my family now lives them. I guess that I am the only one that did not pay attention to the signs or anyone that warned me about the signs. I AM AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN!! The problems were innocent enough when I was young but chaos would follow. I Remember being held down at the doctors office to remove a tick head that had gotten infected from my shoulder. This would have been no big deal for most but apparently it happened to me earlier in my life and I had to have surgery on my inner thigh and I still have that scar to prove it. I want to tell a few of the stories but it will take a bit of time so I will post them from time to time on here so keep your eyes open.
The reason that I am doing this is that my daughter is just like me and it got me thinking about my childhood. Oh, and not to mention the fact that Kas just came back from New York with a big fat swollen ankle. I am afraid that I am rubbing off on my family. Maybe there was something to the signs that my father was afraid of…LOL.
Lets just run down an EARLY childhood accident list and then I will post about them later. There was Tick head #1, Tick head number #2, the three dogs that attacked me, the big time football injury in Washington DC, The 1st trip to the hospital that day for my chin, The 2nd trip to the hospital that day for my eye, The golf ball in the creek trick….need I say more?
My daughter stepped off of a step and broke her ankle, my wife “FELL” into the arms of an actor in New York and may have broken her ankle, and I fell and almost broke my butt last month my first day back to work after surgery. I may have to move my son to a safe house so we don’t give him the LUCK. Wish us better luck and when we are near step back and save yourselves!! Son get out of here QUICK!!
