It happened. I finally made it to the Chicago Auto Show. My wife went last year and had planned a trip to go this year but the Florida sun called her name and she just couldn’t resist. She asked me to go and I packed my bags and went. Over the next couple of weeks, I will talk about some of the presentations on my blog as well as my wife’s blog. It may take a few days but there is a lot of cool stuff going on in the auto industry. If the concept cars make it we are in for some amazing things in the future.
For instance, the Kia Niro. I loved the overall look of it. It’s strong and sturdy. This was the first concept car I had seen at CAS and it did not disappoint! Kia did an amazing job on their presentations. I was impressed right from the start.
I would just like to thank the Chicago Auto Show for having us there and allowing us to be a part of such a successful show. Also, I want to thank Hyatt Regency McKormick Place for such a great place to stay. We had a lot of snow while we were there but had a great time at Nissan’s Official welcome reception to the Chicago Auto Show. We also enjoyed some amazing Chicago Style pizza at Giordano’s. Just overall a great experience.
